02Introduction & Scope
This policy explains how your personal data is processed when you visit our website, submit the demo request form, contact us by email or phone, or use our services. Enterprise data processed on behalf of our customers within the Arketic platform is governed separately by the relevant customer agreements.

The following categories of data may be processed in the course of our activities:
- Identity data: name, surname, title, employer organization
- Contact data: corporate email address, phone number
- Transaction security data: IP address, log records, cookie data
- Financial data: invoicing and payment details (e.g. IBAN) once a customer relationship is established

- Responding to demo requests and handling pre-sales communication

The same principle underpins Arketic's product architecture: data is processed with minimum scope, for the shortest time, in the most secure environment possible.
08Retention Periods
Personal data is retained for as long as the processing purpose requires and for the minimum periods prescribed by applicable law; at the end of that period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized. Demo request records are deleted after a reasonable evaluation period if no business relationship is established.
09Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK and the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- Request deletion or destruction of your data
- Object to results produced solely by automated analysis that adversely affect you
- Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing
