These measures include but are not limited to: enterprise-grade encryption for data in transit and at rest; fine-grained access controls and role-based access management (RBAC); full audit trails and encrypted log records; regular security assessments and vulnerability testing; compliance with KVKK and GDPR requirements.
For on-premise and VPC deployments of ARKE LLM, your data remains within your own infrastructure boundary. No sensitive data leaves your perimeter unless explicitly authorized by you.
Your personal data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Upon expiration of the retention period or upon your valid request, your personal data will be securely deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with applicable legislation and Arketic AI's data retention policies.
